Interior Specialist - Warrington, PA

Reporting to the Director of Sales, as Interior Specialist you will serve as the face of the company in your region by actively, aggressively and consistently calling on accounts for the purpose of supporting and maintaining the existing customer base, as well as developing new customers, while upholding the values of the company. The position is Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (must be willing to work overtime as needed)


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree in a related field preferred; 1-3 yrs sales experience preferred
• Advanced computer skills and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
• Must type minimum of 30 WPM and possess excellent business writing, editing and communication skills
• Construction oriented, technical background

• Travel to visit customers in assigned region (30%- 50%)


ESSENTIAL GENERAL ABILITIES: 
• Accurately complete CRM and reports in a timely fashion
• Adhere to all rules, regulations, procedures, and policies with honesty and a supportive attitude

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (SUBJECT TO REVISION)

• Outstanding customer service

   - Courteous/prompt responses to calls and emails

   - Provide product/installation phone support

• Prepare sales materials daily for customers

   - Accurate design renderings (SketchUp)

   - Request material samples/presentation boards

   - Presentation for meetings, training customers

• Assist customers with getting accurate job quotes daily, based on: 

   - Cab interior survey and selections

   - Alternative ideas for cab enhancement designs

   - Review of drawings or renderings

• Follow up with all current and potential customers:

   - 30 days after every fulfilled order

   - On all quotes as required, until lost or won

   - On all meetings and tradeshows participated in

• Occasionally assist accounting with collection calls

• Call on EMCs primarily, and additionally as needed, architectural and design firms, property managers,     building owners, etc. to develop new and existing business

• Enter all required sales information in company CRM (Salesforce.com) daily

• Identify and report all escapes/turnbacks/potential problems to the Sales Manager for assessment,          providing possible solutions is expected

• Develop skills through training and coaching

   - Customer service, sales, communication/interpersonal, problem solving, organizational, etc. 

• Attend to other sales project assignments as required

• Work with Project Technicians and/or Project Managers to problem solve issues (as needed)

• Participation in Trade Shows/Sales Events

• Travel to key markets in your territory as needed (30%-50%)

• Join local organizations for networking opportunities

Entry Level Manufacturing Technician - Warrington, PA

SUPERVISED BY: The Shop Foreman has the authority to direct and evaluate the work of this position


RELATES TO: All Managers, Production Area Leaders, Inventory Area Leaders, fellow Production Technicians, and Project Technicians


POSITION OVERVIEW:To manufacture quality product according to established policies/procedures and job specific instructions, using the tools and equipment provided in a safe and efficient manner. Use good judgment to identify problems and potential problems as an opportunity to improve product and company according to the vision and mission of the company.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO HOLD THIS POSITION
• Able to accurately read and use tape measure
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, 20 to 75 pounds frequently
• 3+ years’ experience preferred, working with laminate, stainless steel, solid wood, and contact adhesives
• 3+ years’ experience preferred, using power tools: table saw, miter saw, router, panel saw, drills, and circular saw

• Clean, organize, and restock your assigned area at the end of each day

• Identify and report all problems/potential problems (Turnbacks) on area communication boards:

   - Providing possible solutions is encouraged

• Assist with the development, implementation, and Maintenance of Lean initiatives

• Manufacture quality product according to:

   - Established company procedures

   - Job specific instructions

• Utilization of tools and machinery:

   - Use when properly trained and approved to use

   -
